Tonya’s military experience in logistics and Robert’s background in financial management, business development, and consulting made for a strong synergy of core competencies.

GVS brought on two minority partners to the business, brothers Brian & Shelldon Miggletto.

Their background in facility support, environmental management, development and construction aligned well with the goals GVS sought to accomplish.

The business is located in Stilwell, Oklahoma, in the heart of the Cherokee Nation Reservation.

Founded in January 2019 the company began processing payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting services for governmental entities and for-profit corporations.

In March 2020, the business climate began to change with the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic. In spite of these changes, the company was able to secure three (3) subcontracts (Sub-K) that provided valuable experiential learning.
